Are there other systems like this?

Only segments of it. Most “interactive” CDs do nothing more than to play a presentation and link to a website. Nothing can be changed and no information was gathered. Most important no one was notified.


Can I use my existing presentation?

Yes, any digital presentation can be used. We recommend that we review over incase some editing is required.


How will I know when someone is viewing my CD presentation?

You will receive a cell phone notification and an email when the presentation has started (open rate) and when it’s complete (click through rate).


How much does it cost?

About the same price as any CD design project. Our system is built with two fees. The first is mastering of a client supplied presentation. The second is the CD quantity order itself.


Do you design the presentation?

Yes, as a matter of fact some of our existing presentations are award winning. You are also welcome to utilize an agency for your design. We will support you in either case.


Is there any limit to how many times the CD is viewed or the amount of items that can be tracked?

No limit, the entire reason for the IntelleDisc is to track any item and any amount.


Does it work only on CDs?

We find the CD format supports most of our clients needs. DVD is also an option as long as it can play in a computer that is online.


What about my tracking website?

Absolutely! We recommend that once you realize the benefits of the IntelleDisc you expand your program to include the benefits of our IntelleSites.


Can I change the “View Notification” to a different rep?

Yes, The IntelleDisc provides the access code to be re-assigned whenever needed. This allows all your company’s CDs to be attached to you FOREVER!

Do I need to buy special software or servers?

No, IntelleDisc is a turn-key solution. If you have a lager firm that requires the data be housed at your location, we provide complete integration.


Do I need to be technical?

No, that’s the greatest part. This is a selling system not a complicated software program that needs technicians to support it. That’s our job!


Can I test a campaign?

Yes, you can order a FREE sample version of the IntelleDisc. When you receive it you already are in a test environment. Simply put the disc in your computer and let it play. When our consultant responds to your inquiry, TEST COMPLETED! Now learn about what just occurred and ask yourself “if my reps responded as efficiently, what would happen to my sales revenues?”


Can I use this as a direct mailer?

Sure, we have systems for all scenarios. Let our consultants assist in the planning before you start implementing.


Is this spy-ware?

NO! IntelleDisc is totally compliant with all regulations concerning these and all opt-in issues to date.


Does the prospect’s computer get “cookied”?

No. The IntelleDisc is a self-contained system. It does not leave anything on any computer.


Does the viewer have an “Opt-in” option when collecting personal data?

YES! The IntelleDisc is completely compliant with the opt-in regulations that govern the collection of prospecting data. Also a privacy statement can be included within the presentation.


How am I notified?

The IntelleDisc provides email and cellular text messaging notification systems. The system can also be integrated into any notification system, based on the client’s needs.


Do people that view the IntelleDisc presentation find the data capturing and notification intrusive?

Not at all. We have statistics that show over 80% of the viewers that open one of our CD presentations opt-in their information.


What file type does the presentation need to be built in?

We prefer utilizing a Flash presentation; however the client can specify any digital presentation media.


Can I review an existing presentation you’ve created?

As part of our “Planning Session” we show our clients many alternatives to provide them with ideas and solutions. Prior to engaging in a Planning Session our FREE Disc sample is offered.


Does the cellular notification work with all carriers and cell phones?

Yes for all of the major carriers. Sometime smaller carriers may need to be integrated and we provide that service at no charge to the client.


Will the presentation play while offline?

Parts of the presentation can. We recommend that the introduction play with or without an online connection, but then a connection is mandated.


Why can’t I just have our website do the same thing?

You can! We just don’t recommend attempting to play these CD presentations on them. They require too much bandwidth for a website to work properly. Our clients realize the benefits of the disc technology and start utilizing the IntelleSite system as well.


Can I use any size or shape of CD?

Absolutely! We recommend that you think about who will be reviewing the presentation and if they are comfortable with shaped CDs.


Who designs and prints the CD cover and case?

We do. All aspects of the project are included in this system. We are a one-stop shop.


How much data can we collect from the viewer?

As much as you wish! We do recommend that you consider the viewer’s time and patience. This is covered in detail in our Planning Session.


Is the collected data secured?

Yes, our systems are housed in a nationally certified data center.


How is data stored and how accessible is it?

Our clients have 24/7 access to their private data. We maintain our systems in a nationally certified data center that is supported with live personnel 24/7/365.


Who owns the collected data?

The client owns all their data and can review and/or retrieve it at anytime.


Who can view the collected data?

Our system allows for several layers of security that the client can specify who can view there data.


Do you sell the collected data?

Never! Our business model is designed for the client to keep all the data they collect. We respect that proprietary relationship.


How often can I access the data in storage?

24/7/365 as defined by the client.


How is this different from a normal CD or DVD?

No other CD or DVD has the “intelligent capabilities” that the IntelleDisc has. Companies are realizing that if they are spending these CD design budgets anyway, they need to gain “intel” and benefits from the presentations. This is the greatest opportunity for ROI.


What is Prospect Acquisition?

Prospect Acquisition is the identifying and acquiring of prospects so they may be brought to a sales system. A system to sort prospects from suspects. This allows for an organization to focus on the HOT leads instead of burning time going through non-qualified leads to find them.

Does my prospect(s) have to be online to view my presentation?

Yes, today we recommend that since the world is connected you should receive the benefits of being connected to your prospect.


What do I do if I or one of my rep forgets their access code?

The IntelleDisc system provides an online access code recovery system by just inputting your email address.


How do I update my account information?

Depending on which system you have, there is a web-based interface that allows for any changes to your information that has been designed to be “dynamic” (allowed to change). Just submit the change and all discs are refreshed with the new information the next time the CDs are viewed.


How do I update my presentations?

This option is part of our Enterprise Suite and would be specified in the build out document. Typically content is edited or replaced in a web-based interface provided to the client.


How many presentations can I have available to reps at any given time?

As many as contracted to run on the system. Our capabilities are endless.


Do I need a separate CD for each presentation?

It is recommended that each presentation has a separate disc but, multiple presentations can be designed on one disc.


Can a prospect or rep access or save my presentation and use it for their own purposes?

Sure, but it is not recommended. The entire purpose is to give a CD as tangible collateral so it can be given to others in a viral marketing campaign and passed along.
