The IntelleDisc Enterprise System
 The IntelleDisc Enterprise System is our flagship system. This system is a custom platform, totally integrate-able and expandable multi-user solution designed to support the mid-sized to large businesses, sales organizations and marketing campaigns that require a client specific and custom integration. This system is the ultimate in Prospect Acquisition and CRM Software.
This system starts by providing the IntelleDisc CD Tracking, Viewer Personalization, Data Collection and Disc View Notification to an unlimited amount of sales representatives and project codes. In addition, the Enterprise system is completely integrate-able to any data management systems, CRM solutions and Sales Force Automation Systems the client may already be utilizing. Our platform starts as a blank canvas and allows for the design of a custom platform to be developed around our base features. Complete system specifications are available.
IntelleDisc Mastering Specifications:
This is a custom developed solution that is designed based on the following specifications:
- Client will supply a finished presentation in any digital format they desire that has been built to the IntelleDisc specifications.
- IntelleDisc will master a system disc to track the presentation, provide disc view notification, collect standard data and deliver it to the client secured database on the system.
- The system discs and sleeves will be branded to the client with all artwork supplied by the client.
- A secured online Disc Management area that controls the client’s entire contact information on all the discs so the discs never become obsolete with old contact information.
- An online, secured Disc View Report area that is accessible through the client login area on the IntelleDisc website.
- An update-able hyperlink from CD to client’s website.

- Unlimited “Access Codes” to support unlimited rep notification.
- Online secured administrator’s system disc view management area by rep access code branded to the client.
- Online rep profile management area which permits the representative to maintain their current contact information on all discs in the field.
- Discs can be branded to both the client and the representative.

Note: All integrations, options and upgrades are available and will be quoted at time of need. These upgrades to the system are integrated to system with a deployment standard known as “from today forward integration”.

System Hosting and Disc Purchase Program:
Once a system requirement is selected, there are choices concerning the purchase of your system CDs which include all technology and ASP operating fees. The System CDs are unique in their relationship with the iD software. System CDs are manufactured with operating software that communicates to its assigned server. This provides the client with assurances that the client’s data is being received by the client’s database which is hosted by iD.
The pricing includes full size CD System discs and single pocket branded sleeves to include all ASP Hosting, hardware, 24/7 live monitored and bandwidth fees for the system. The pricing is based on per order quantities.

There is a fee for this Planning Session but the entire fee is credited to your project once you have contracted with us.
